the objectives

After a false start that resulted in a severely diminished project hours, CEHE approached Avant8 to help build and implement 4 new sites, one for each of their educational establishments (including CollegeAmerica, Stevens-Henager College, and California College San Diego). The sites would act as an information hub for current and enrolling students, as well as a lead generation and revenue source for CEHE. Deadlines to launch were tight, and failures by a previous development team had resulted in internal stress and budgetary concerns for CEHE.

The goal was not only to launch the redesigned sites concurrently, but to build and implement comprehensive lead tracking software, that would allow CEHE to better manage their enrollments. Working in the Kentico platform was also essential, plus the facility to A/B test site elements for data gathering and future site optimization.

the strategy

To ensure delivery on the agreed upon launch date, Avant8 assigned a dedicated development team, plus a full-time project manager/client liaison. This allowed uninterrupted workflow, plus communication between the client and the Avant8 team was immediate and productive.

A Wordpress specialist was assigned to work on the project, and site features were tested concurrently as other elements were built. As well as lead tracking, event posts & downloadable marketing collateral, Avant8 developed a custom Grant Finder filter/quiz, that allowed potential students to answer questions and then find an appropriate grant or bursary, dependent on their answers.

the results

The end result was that all 4 sites were launched on time and under budget, with both the client and Avant8 happy at the outcome.
